Andrew Glashow is a founding partner of New World Merchant Partners and has served as a Managing Director since its inception back in 2009. Andrew is an Experienced Partner with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. A strong entrepreneurship professional, Andrew is skilled in Corporate Finance, Entrepreneurship, Private Placements, Board of Directors, and LBO.
Andrew Glashow is an investment banker specializing in microcap transactions in the $5 million to $50 million range. He has in excess of twenty years of experience in the capital markets and in all phases of business start-up and growth, including feasibility studies, business plans, equity and debt funding, private placements, reverse mergers and IPOs. Mr. Glashow has worked with many investment banking firms and maintains close relationships with decision makers at several of them. As Managing Director, Andrew is committed to advising and assisting his clients, in order to help them achieve their financial objectives.
Andrew Glashow studied at the University of New Hampshire’s Whitemore School of Business and Economics, where he received his BA in Economics in 1985. Prior to founding New World Merchant Partners, Andrew was a partner in STAR Associates, a corporate finance firm specializing in the placement of capital for small and emerging growth companies. Throughout his career, Mr. Glashow has served as CEO and President of multiple companies which he helped capitalize.
For Andrew Glashow, the most rewarding aspect of his career has been the interactions that he’s shared along the way. Furthermore, Andrew feels fortunate that his guidance can make a substantial difference in people’s lives through the creation of companies, and ultimately jobs.
